“The Croydon Two”

“Maple” and “Rocky”, a Shetland and cob that were rescued as an inseparable pair from Croydon about a year ago, were given a super loving home when they desperately needed it by David and Gaye Logan of Dallington. A big thank you to David and Gay for your generous help at a difficult time for them and giving them love and happiness on your lush grass. Maple and Rocky have now taken up residence with Neil and Helen Ridge just a mile away and what is also good is that they are enjoying being ridden gently in their new loving home. It has been several years since they last did any ridden work. No doubt David and Gaye will be visiting them and hopefully Maple and Rocky, the ‘Croydon Two’ will be here to greet visitors on the Spring Open Day on the 18th May; the most unlikely pair of friends you’re ever likely to see in the horse world; one is very tall and the other very short!
